A non-refundable administration fee will be charged as a deposit to secure your booking. The deposit is 30% of the total package. Once you have been invoiced, this deposit is to be paid into IVF Medical Vacations’ bank account, as indicated on the invoice, via bank transfer.The deposit will be deducted from the full amount.

Once final acceptance of the booking is confirmed, the balance is payable directly to IVF Medical Vacation two weeks prior to arriving for your procedure.
