Meeting one-to-one with the customer, We will discuss and choose the best service possible based on their needs. Any inquiries pertaining to travel or any other part of the process can be made through telephone or e-mail. A representative will reply within 24 hours with a proper answer.

2. Medical Treatment Service
You will be assigned a personal guide through whom you may request information about the doctor who will be in charge of you as well as the hospital in which you will be treated. You may also request any sort of documentation through your guide instead of having to deal with the hospital staff. Your personal guide will make sure all inquiries made will be dealt with as swiftly as possible.

3. Payment
After consulting the most appropriate form of payment with your personal guide, you will be given information on payment and financing options.

4. Further Consultation
After all details regarding the customer (patient) as well as the medical details have been taken care of, we will then go over the travel plans. The date and time will be chosen based on customer convenience.

5. Contract Agreement
Once all consultation details, as well as , travel plans have been discussed with your personal guide, they will request all personal documents pertaining to your treatment. We will then finalize all travel details.
In the event that your trip should be delayed or cancelled, all issues will be dealt with according to the contract and company policy. Your personal guide will work with you to resolve all issues as soon as possible.

6. Travel and Service Integration
In addition to handling all the travel details, we will provide further service in order to provide you with the most convenient experience possible.
After the travel date has been set, your personal guide will make reservations for where you will stay, assign you a personal manager, and prepare a mode of transportation while you are on your trip. All scheduling will be made with your convenience and comfort in mind.
The entire travel process depends on the health of the customer and we may request additional examination documents such as a X-Ray.
After all travel preparations have been completed, we will send you information about the medical treatment process as well as documents with all the details about your trip.

7. Travel
Your personal assistant will meet you at the airport and will guide you comfortably all the way to the place where you will be staying.

8. Welcoming

For your convenience, you will be assigned a personal guide and additional information about our services for your trip.
